This self contained apartment is part of the Grade II listed building, 'The Elbow Room', it is situated in a very quite location near the centre of Totnes, between the Castle and the picturesque Guildhall.

Approached by the steps at the rear of the property, the apartment is set on the first floor with views of the surrounding town and countryside. Entry is made into a beamed kitchen, fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is arched into the lounge / dining room, which is comfortably furnished complete with colour TV and DVD. It has a French window opening to a sunny, south facing balcony with patio table and chairs which overlook the garden.  

The two bedrooms, one double and one single / twin, are fully furnished and complete with non-allergenic bedding. The bathroom has a large corner bath with integral shower. The apartment is fully centrally heated.

Cooking and heating is by gas and all energy costs are included in the rental quoted. All bed and kitchen linen are provided but guests are asked to bring their own towels. (If required these are available at an extra charge per week).

Parking is available for one car on the drive in front of the apartment. 

Regrettably no pets can be accommodated.
